📝 Description

I was contracted to deliver the final stages of the project. The team was struggling to release video ads to monetise the Italian app. I lead the Sky Sports live experience engineering team, working alongside Tech Lead, Product Lead and Business Analyst, to support shaping new features, removing team impediments, maintaining healthy work flow while creating a high-performing and self-organising team. In addition I was responsible for coaching other Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters, Executive Leadership and Stakeholders in agile best practices. Through a number of team development exercises, retrospectives and trainings I've created a strong team coherence and established agile ways of working using elements of the Shape Up method.

Monetised the Italian app by releasing video ads

Health check focusing on psychological safety increased by 46%.

eNPS increased by 55%.

Cycle time to deliver value to users decreased by 33%.

Introduced an outcome and value driven delivery mindset.
