📜 Background

Mustard Systems is a statistical consultancy company specialising in the modelling of sporting events. As the company was scaling it became apparent that they needed an agile delivery framework in place. The company had 4 engineering teams at the time, they were struggling to deliver features incrementally and frequently to their users. The key remit was to define, design and implement an end-to-end software delivery method to consistently deliver value to their users.

📝 Description

I was contracted to analyse their existing delivery process, run a delivery audit highlight their major issues that needed to be fixed to enable the successful delivery of their projects. Created an agile end-to-end software delivery process to accelerate development across the business and remove major impediments. Brought in Agile best practices such as time-boxing, transparency, accountability, tracking, technical debt reduction, self-management and empowerment.

🚚 Outcome
